Horse-drawn carriage ride in Szeklerland, Harghita
It can be an unforgettable experience for those who choose a horse-drawn sleigh ride in Corund, Harghita County. The sleigh sliding in the big snow, the sound of horses' hooves in the bright white landscape is the key to their relaxation. Admiring the unaltered landscape of Harghita, sausages and grilled bacon with mulled wine, guarantees that our guests feel great ... :-)
The offer of the program is a bit dependent on snow, but it usually works from December 15 - until the end of February ... The program includes bacon and sausages fried on the grill, in the snowy pine forest and, if necessary, the transfer of accommodation to Corund. You can book your accommodation outside the Pensión Sóvidék Guesthouse, in Praid, Corund, or Sovata with our other accommodation partners (we are happy to have you at your disposal in the booking process) ...

* The offer is valid for groups 6 people (however, the current Covid restriction must be considered!), but a larger group can be solved at the same time on several horse-drawn breasts.

Sóvidék Pension & Guesthouse
The property is located in the village of Ocna de Sus (Praid, Harghita county, Romania), along the DN A13 main road, about 80 m far from the road.
The first floor of the newly built detached house has been designed to welcome guests. The house has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, Alsósófalva. The property has a spacious car park (4-6 cars, smaller buses) in a closed yard.
The courtyard has a smaller orchard, where there are 2 filagories. There is also a barbecue grill and a small playground in the middle of the yard and garden (climbing area, sandpit, small bikes, cars, balls, swimming pool in summer) ... At the same time there is a Szekler Jacuzzi or salt-tub, which is very popular in winter and summer! :-)
